About the Host
Victoria Leask
Victoria is a lover of home, dreamer of the impossible and doer of the unimaginable.
A small town girl achieving BIG things as a charity founder, entrepreneur, pageant winner, award winning community volunteer, and 2x college graduate are just a few of her accomplishments to date at the age of just 25.
These accomplishments have not come without trials, hardships and dreaming BIG.
Victoria is now the Principal Designer and Founder of House of Albi, an interior design firm based in Port Perry, Ontario.
a personal note from Victoria
"my life changed when I started visually manifesting"
I vividly remember running through HomeSense picking up last minute accessories for a photoshoot when I first stumbled upon a book called "#FutureBoards: Learn How to Create a Vision Board to Get Exactly the Life You Want" by Sarah Centrella. At the time I purchased it thinking it would be great to style in the bedroom being photographed.
In reality this book found me, and it changed my life.
I grew up being told 'everything happens for a reason' and 'what is meant for you will come'. Don't get me wrong, I have had such a beautiful and incredible life but when shit hits the fan, you can't help but wonder 'Why me? Why is this happening to me?'
2022 was the year my life changed. I was fired from my first job, felt my confidence was shattered, was dumped by my long-term boyfriend, started a new job to realize I was being taken advantage and verbally abused, I felt the lowest I've ever felt. This was not the life I dreamt of, I knew I needed to make changes - and fast.
That book I picked up for styling two years prior had been sitting on my bookshelf completely unnoticed until I truly needed it. My life changed when I started visually manifesting exactly what I wanted for myself. Within 3 months, I moved out of my family home and into my first apartment. Within the year, I left my full-time job to pursue running my own interior design firm. I've manifested vacations, friendships, opportunities, and even this Vision Board Building Soirée!
My next big goal is to teach others looking to make impactful changes in their life how to get there through visually manifesting. If I can change my life, so can you.
